While teachers aren't marching to the Capitol by the droves, many of them say momentum continues to grow.

Oklahoma City Public Schools announced classes will resume Monday, April 16. And the district says an hour will be added to each school day to make up time for the walkout.

Acting Oklahoma City Public Schools (OKCPS) Superintendent Rebecca Kaye said she’ll know more about plans for next week after hearing from the Oklahoma City American Federation of Teachers Friday.

Oklahoma City Schools Superintendent Rob Neu has responded to reports he is planning to resign.  On Tuesday morning, Neu issued a brief statement to the media and emailed the same thing to staff, saying simply, "I have not resigned. I am very disappointed that this was reported in the news media. I have no further comment at this time."
